The pilot is not automatic for every application. Before approval we review fleet size, location, needs and installation feasibility.

Installation, deposit and removal terms are confirmed in the individual pilot offer. If you continue after the pilot, the history and settings from the pilot carry over to your account.

Frequently asked questions.
01How much does Veturo cost?
Basic is €7 per vehicle per month, with a minimum monthly invoice of €25 per company. The device with basic installation is a one-time €50–120. Pro/Fleet is priced by quote; every published number is on the pricing page.
02Is there a contract obligation? What if I cancel?
Neither a request nor the pilot itself obliges you to anything; contract length and notice period are set out in writing in the individual offer. If you cancel, tracking stops and you can request an export of your data before the account is closed. A purchased device remains yours; during a pilot the equipment remains Veturo's.
03Who can get a pilot, and how does it end?
Qualified fleets of at least 5 vehicles: 2 vehicles for 30 days, free during the pilot, and we review every application before approval. The pilot never turns into a contract by itself: when it ends, you decide. If you continue, the history and settings from the pilot carry over to your account.
04Do employees have to be informed?
Yes. Tracking business vehicles processes employee data and the employer is required to inform them. During onboarding you receive a ready-made notification template (GDPR / ZZPL).
05Does the device work in other countries?
The device uses a 4G SIM with roaming. We confirm coverage for the countries you drive in before installation.
06Do I get GPS only, or data from the vehicle itself?
Basic reads GPS on any vehicle: positions, routes, zones, alerts and reports. On compatible vehicles, Pro/Fleet also reads the vehicle's own data: fuel level and total fuel consumed, RPM and coolant temperature, mileage, engine hours, doors and seat belts. What your models support is confirmed in a technical check before we quote.
07What if a device stops working?
We first run a remote diagnosis; if the device is faulty, replacement terms are set out in the offer. In the meantime you see the vehicle's last known location.
