01Can I buy just the device, without the Veturo app?
Yes. We sell the devices without a subscription too: we configure them for the server you name, or they ship with factory settings. You can add the Veturo app later.
02Why order from you?
We buy new, genuine devices directly from Teltonika and configure them before shipping. In Serbia you pay against a proforma in dinars, with no import or customs; in Slovenia, in euros. Warranty claims come to us, not to Teltonika.
03Which device should I choose?
For location, trips, stops and reports, the FMC920 is enough. If you need fuel level, the dashboard odometer and engine data, choose the FMC150; we check that your vehicle sends that data before shipping. The FMB920 runs on 2G only.
04How do I pay?
Nothing is paid on the site. Within one business day we send a proforma invoice, in dinars for Serbia and in euros for Slovenia, with the delivery cost and lead time, and you pay by bank transfer. All prices exclude VAT.
05Is a SIM card included?
Not in the box. With the Veturo app, the SIM and data come with the subscription. For another platform, use your own SIM card with a data plan.
06Who fits the devices?
Your own auto-electrician, or our technician, who comes to your address in Serbia or Slovenia; you choose in the order. The FMC920 and FMB920 take 30–45 minutes per vehicle, and the FMC150 takes longer.
07Do you sell larger quantities?
Yes. For larger quantities and repeat orders we send an offer with a per-unit price. Put the quantity in your order, or get in touch.
08What is the warranty?
12 months on every device. Claims come to us, and we settle them with Teltonika.
