01How much does Veturo cost?
Basic is €6 per vehicle per month, with a minimum monthly invoice of €25 per company. Pro/Fleet is priced by quote. The device and installation are a separate one-time cost.
02How much are the device and installation?
€50–120 one-time, including basic installation. The final price depends on the vehicle and installation conditions.
03How long is my data kept?
Basic keeps 6 months of route history; Pro/Fleet keeps 12 months.
04How long does installation take?
Typically 30–45 minutes per vehicle. We schedule it so the fleet keeps working.
05Does the device work in other countries?
The device uses a 4G SIM with roaming. We confirm coverage for the countries you drive in before installation.
06Who owns the device?
After purchase, you do. During a pilot the equipment remains Veturo's.
07What happens if I cancel?
Tracking stops and you can request an export of your data before the account is closed. Device removal is agreed according to the offer.
08Do employees have to be informed?
Yes. Tracking business vehicles processes employee data and the employer is required to inform them. During onboarding you receive a ready-made notification template (GDPR / ZZPL).
09Are fuel and CAN data available?
On compatible vehicles, after a technical check of the model, year and installation. Availability of individual parameters depends on the vehicle and the supported configuration.
10Who can get a pilot?
Qualified fleets of at least 5 vehicles: 2 vehicles for 30 days, free during the pilot. We review every application before approval.
11Can I use the platform on a phone?
Yes. The panel works in the browser on both computer and phone.
12What if a device stops working?
We first run a remote diagnosis; if the device is faulty, replacement terms are set out in the offer. In the meantime you see the vehicle's last known location.
